Further to my previous question re Performance Pro and the advice given by Avinash

 
Thank you for your advice however I have logged in on Zen and it still tells me that my Performance Pro has expired, and my AVG protection still shows my old licence number expires in Jan 2016 whereas I have paid for both therefore my licence should surely show the update of my licence date. What do I do now, should I uninstall Zen and start again or what?
