Performance Tuning - Remediation cannot proceed

Performance Tuning discovered several issues for remediation.  I click [Resolve All] but the error below shows up.  I verified my PC has Internet Connectivity when I am able to browse Internet via other browsers.

Error Message: [The online content is unavailable.  Please, check your internet connection and try again.]

Pls advise.  Thank you
