This isn't the usual behavior of AVG program. Let us work towards fixing the issue.
Before proceeding with that, we need few additional information such as :
- Does the accounting software uses any email clients to send emails?
- Please clarify if disabling the entire AVG protection or disabling Web & Email shield allows you to send emails.
- Do you receive any error message while sending emails with AVG enabled?

I send out weekly invoices in the form of a PDF file from a SECURE accounting software. In order to send I have to TURN OFF the AVG Web & Email security. is there a way to stop having to constantly turning off and on the Web & Email security or to have it recognize this software as secure. I can attach any file type to a outgoing email as long as I send it there the email systems website instead of the secured accounting software. The software company and I determined that this issue is an AVG issue since once i turned off the AVG I can send without a problem.

The accounting software can use any email system that is set up to send through the preferences email = SCREENSHOT 5. Mine is set up to use Google Suites that is attached to my domain.
I am required to provide QuickBooks with my Google Suites email password in order to send the email. But I do not get that ability until after the email function on AVG is disabled.
I can go to my email systems directly (google suites, gmail and yahoo) and send out emails without an error. I can also use the application on my laptop from Lenovo (which gives me access to all my emails without having to switch web sites) to send out email without a hitch. I have been able to send Word, Excel, PDFs, and different images without a problem through all email web sites and through the Lenovo application.
This error occurs when using:
- QuickBooks Pro 2019 OR QuickBooks Pro 2017 with the AVG Ultimate 2018 license that I just purchased on 01/12/19
- QuickBooks Pro 2017 and the AVG Antivirus 2017 license that I purchased 05/02/17 on my old computer or
- When I used QuickBooks Pro 2017 without any antivirus software activated on my new computer
