In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (gather it right after inducing issue) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

For six years on full subscription I've had AVG firewall on interactive mode, and it has worked a treat, popping up a Permission Request when a program tries to access the web and remembers my answer if I 'Allow' or 'Block'. Now, despite the 'remember this action' box being ticked, the pop ups are happening every time a program is launched.
I contacted AVG Support and was immediately told this was a Microsoft problem and to contact them. end of!!
It is ONLY AVG that is intercepting the program from accessing the web NOT Windows or any other Microsoft program.
Has anybody else had this problem before. I uninstalled AVG Internet Security 2014, and even cleared the registry of anything AVG, then re-installed IS 2015, but it still does it.

I just updated to windows 8.1, after updating my avg, yesterday and it's doing the same thing
