I looked at the refund form and the crux of it is an email address. 
I have a problem i so much as father (Alfred William Frost) never used his computer. Only ever sending a few mails early when he could remember it! Nobody can remember his email and certainly family never received any! This is all that is asked for on the refund form!!

I have his address at the time I believe he would have taken the product as 24 Parkland walk Crewkerne, Somerset. TA188HR

I also have details of his Santander Bank. You debited his credit card.

Is there another way of identifying him and cancelling the subscription and refunding this year's payment

Some time in the Past my Father purchased Antivirus. It is a least 4 years since he last had a computer and is now in a care home with dementure. I am managing his financial affairs and have noticed a taken payment for £49.99 from DRI*AVG? Can anyone advise how to cancel this and possibly receive refund??
