I have a subscription to Internet Security Unlimited. It works fine on my desktop but my laptop cannot update. It says "updating" but just continues to loop and never complete. I even let it set for several hours. I uninstalled AVG and reinstalled it. Then I logged into the account and it appears to have completed the setup but once again, goes into the "updating" loop.
I had that yesterday on my Laptop, I just re-started my laptop, then everything was fine. I have a totally different problem now. If you get the AVG Tune-up, make sure you don't erase your Downloads, it will erase ALL of your applications as well.
