Dinesh: I need to reload the AVG that I've paid for. The tech that was trying to help me deleted the program. How do I go about reloading this. I'm working in the "nude" without this. Please help!

Since, email providers nowadays provide strong embedded anti-spam filters, there is no option to filter spam emails using AVG program.
However, Email Shield in AVG scans for threats in your incoming and outgoing email messages. Scanning applies only to messages sent or received using mail management software, such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird.

I received two different emails today - one from Geek Squad alias address and one from PayPal alias address. Both saying I purchased something - one for $379 and one for $786 - both false. HELP! I forwarded to Geek Squad pfishing department but not the PayPal yet. I do not do any web/internet searching on any of these sites. Doesn't AVG block any of this? I've paid for 2 different programs with you guys!
