A debit of 59.99euro was taken from my bank account at 7.15 am on Sunday 30/September/2018 apparently by your organisation. As I was asleep at that time and no one has access to my passwords this transaction appears to be an error. It has also cost 12.70€ in Bank charges. Can you please authorise a refund
