I recently had to replace my phone because it had some damage. I replaced the phone and got everything re-installed on my new phone however AVG locked my device. When I put in the pin I use for everything I get a message it is wrong. I go to reset the pin but it won't allow me. Online I tried to unlock it but it says the phone is not connected which is false. I try to reset my pin but it won't let me. I can't reset the phone either as I need more than a minute from turning the device on to do so. I am lost right now and every time I have contacted someone I am told I am not reaching the right people and they can't help me. No one is helping me and I need help. right now my $300 phone is now a $300 paper weight.

Yes I have paid for the subscription. Wate of money obviously because you can't unlock your device when it is locked. I am livid right now at AVG because contacting them does nothing.
