A couple days ago my cell got lock with no reason, the message that I got is because the sim card was changed, that is not true I never did change any thing, I was recuest to enter my for digits number to unlock the phone I tried diferent code but nothing work , I request a new pin thru my e-mail but what I got is a new password to log in to my account online.This was very anoying How can I reset my 4 digits on my cell in case of a future problem ?
