i have the same problem and i want to ask you if the Support Team contact you and if you resolved the problem
My phone got locked as i switched my sim cards i tried all in my possesion to unlock it but failed i tried unlock service on antitheft but it didnt work, I did password reset for it and again entered but it was in vain and at last I removed ma device from antitheft but still ma phone is locked.even i sent an e mail to avg but no respond.what to do?
