I've been refered to AVG mobility for this issue from last sunday. I haven't been able to use my phone since. Last chat with AVG customer support (Aravindh @ 9/27/2017, 12:04:46 PM) says that I will get confirmation email from mobile team in 2 - 4 hours time and that my case have been expidiate and made a priority. But untill now I haven't get any reply from them.
I want to cancel the subscription (AVG Protection for Xperia™ Yearly subscription RM41.99). I'm not certain this will resolve my issue as it said in the cancellation that the subscription will still working until end of subscription date.
