Hello,

My phone is a Samsung GT-I9082. It locked itself because of changing SIM cards and now it cannot unlock itself even after I return the initial SIM card. I need to unlock my phone as soon as possible. I have tried changing passwords but it is still not accepting any password I key in and it is not giving me an option of recovering my password. This is very frastrating. When I send an email to avg the system is taking forever to get back to me.

I believe your support system should and needs to be more efficient.
