Phone locked due to simcard change

Sorry to know that your mobile phone got locked and it is asking for AVG Anti-theft password.

Select the option as "YES" and the operating system as "ANDROID"
Fill in all of the details and at the bottom you will get the option to get "answer via email"
Once your request is submitted you will be getting the prompt answer via email from our mobile team.

I have installed AVG free and now it has locked my device. It says it has locked the device due to simcard change but i did not change them. Some one help on how to reset it.
