Thanks for the link.
But I have removed the device from remote management by mistake, can u please help me out of this issue.
The article says 
Important: Do not remove your device from the Remote Management atwww.avgmobilation.com. Removing the device will keep it locked.
Is there any option to unlock in this circumstance.

Nasreen, Please click on the following link (http://bit.ly/1EC8H4H) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Kindly guide me in retreving the password to unlock my mobile which had happened while changing the sim card. 
Also note that I have by mistake removed the device from the registered account.
I am now unable to view the following options - SHOUT, LOCK, UNLOCK, LOCATE etc
What i can view is 
There are no devices registered.



Please register your device for the Anti-Theft Service from within the AVG AntiVirus app.
