I don't even know if I have active protection. Does anyone have a phone number for TECH SUPPORT for this crappy company? Where is the customer service for the ridicules price that is charged for this product? Paid for renewal subscription, but I have no idea if it is active or if it is working. FRUSTRATED!!!
