Phone only installs free version. No faq for fix, except in gibberish

Hello - I have gone through this loop several tomes but to no avail. It still tells me that my free trail will end in 1`4 days time and that if I DON'T WANT ADDS i NEED TO UPGRADE TO PRO. As we have AVG Ultimate I expect more.

I am with you Koen, it also appears to me that the AVG tech staff are trained well below the efficiency level so they pass "the buck" to some other techie who also is trained at the same level. AVG should spend some of the money they collect and FIX ALL their problems and upgrade the staff training to a level that they can supply fixed help the 1st time around, not go round and round in a loop.

Please follow the below instruction to activate AVG Antivirus Pro on your Android phone:
1.Device Menu -> Settings -> Apps/Application Manager -> AVG -> Uninstall.
2. Restart your device once.
3. Open Google play store app on your device.
4. Search for AVG Antivirus.
5. Locate and install the free version of the app.
6. Now open the installed app.
7. Tap on drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app.
8. Select AVG Account.
9. Enter your My Account email address and password.
The paid app will be activated automatically.

Solution provided yesterday was rubish.

I spend now more weekends and evening resintalling and restarting than you did spend time on writing the code anyway.

Why the service desk employees treat customers like they are stupid?

There is a serious issue with the AVG apps on Android not recognizing previously purchased Ultimate Versions on other devices,

This was a known error a couple of moths ago.

You were supposed to get it fixed.

Not pretend paying  customers are stupid and letting them runn through useulss procedures again,

Provide a solution or give us old fashioned license keys for the time being!

 

Just give me a license key (voucher code). I spend too much effort and time now on this issue. I am very sorry to tell you, but your technical staff dealing with the app lacks the skills to deal with this issu4.

Other option: give me a refund. I will buy true services from a supplier that knows about quality control and customer services.
