thank you for you help but I have solved it to reset my phone
Now I know what I shouldn't do with my phone
I have a phone with dual sims, one sim wouldn't work so I put the other on the first place so that one could do more. After I did that my phone locked, so I search for AVG anti-theft and found https://www.avgmobilation.com/. I unlocked my phone and the AVG screen disappeared, but there staid a screen where I needed to give a password to get in to my phone. I tried multiple passwords but none worked. I get mail from AVG that someone is trying to break-in to my phone that is true that is me. I get my location and a picture of myself in those mails. That mains AVG still controlled my phone. I used https://www.avgmobilation.com/ and unlock my phone successful multiple times and he still is locked with a password I changed the anti-theft password multiple times successful and used that password which didn’t work so my phone is still locked.
Tell me what I can do to really unlock my phone, please?
