Photo Vault doesn't recognize PIN

Hello Michael,
I'm sorry to hear about this, in this case I request you to contact out mobile team. Please click on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

My Photo Vault in AVG Antivirus Pro (Samsung Galaxy S7) suddenly doesn't recognize my 4-digit PIN. In fact the screen says "CREATE Security pin" at the top, and "Set a 4-digit PIN" mid-screen. I never get beyond "Re-enter your PIN" on the following screen (there's no "OK" or any other button other than the back arrow "Create security pin" at the top left).

So I not only can't access the photos that are in there, but I apparently can't start over and use the Vault at all?
