Pincode settings error

So, two weeks now being blocked by avg. I received many mails from avg community but no one with a solid solution. Nothing worked. Not even the remote access link. They had me wait for a long time and nothing happened. I wish for an escape to this bad situation.

I am sorry to know that you get "unable to change pincode setting"
From what I learned, you have never created a pin/pattern and later for protection created a pin which is not working now, am I right?

Unable to change Pincode nor pattern. When logging in with my google account it keeps giving me the same message "unable to change pincode setting"  i never created any avg pattern ot pincode. I wanted to protect some critical apps (incl avg app itsel)and selected the avg option for extrA protection . the phone pattern and pincode i normally use are invalid. AvgCustomer service is very slow in offering me a solid solution . Hopefully anyone can help me!

None of the options work. Any change gives an error code with the pin or pattern. I can not even remove the app and install it again. Also that option is blocked. I am in desperate need for a solution.

So right after I try to log in with my google account, which is asked when you want to change/reset pincode /pattern this message in the foto attached pops ups for a split second. It is in Dutch.
