as reported several times, the planned scanning of the computer does not work, simply is not activated when planned. this is going on at least for the past year. it used to work definitely before installation of the last version of the software which I think is not really user friendly. for a couple of times I removed the software and reinstalled it. now I wonder: are the software enhancements fully tested before being released? why should the user remove the software an reinstall it? I would expect that the software be fixed by the programmers and changes released. sorry gentlemen, I got AVG internet sicurity since more than 10 years but think that under these conditions I will not renew my membership. regards.
