On 09 April 2019 I requested a 60-day trial of AVG TuneUp.. In terms of the conditions of the trial I will start getting billed for this product in the next few weeks..
However I do not want want this product. It is not compatible with my current version of Office and I was unable to open Office files after AVG TuneUp was installed. (I had to seek help from MicroSoft who reinstalled my Office program after uninstalling the AVG.) So I do not want to subscribe to AVG TuneUIP.
So please cancel my pending subscription (and my free trial) or please advise me how to go go about cancelling this pending subscription.

That's unfortunate, it could be possibly due to a conflict between the programs. Since you fixed the issue and would like to cancel auto-renewal service, we cancelled the trial subscription. You will not be charged in future.
