My subscription is due to end this month and I do not wish to renew it. I don’t see a way to handle that on the site so I’m posting it here.

We couldn't find any active subscription on the account that you have used for posting on community.
If you have received any email saying that the subscription is going to get auto renewed, do take a screenshot of it and send as an attachment to the email that we have sent now.
