Also, try changing the location/server of your AVG Secure VPN & check.

it says like the title but im actually connected to the internet. I can used it when I was using my wifi, but when i used the LAN cable i couldnt use it anymore. I cant used it with wifi too right now.

May I know the version of AVG Secure VPN being installed on your PC?
(To know the version, please open AVG Secure VPN - Menu - About).
In this case, we kindly request you to disable the AVG Internet Security temporarily using the article below and check if you are able to access the internet when the VPN is turned on.

If you are able to access the internet, then turn on the AVG protection and open AVG Internet Security.
Go to Menu -> Settings -> Full Protection -> tick the check box saying 'Internet Connection sharing mode'

i did change the dns to a bunch of good dns, but nothing changed. i did reinstall it for a few times too but nothing changed.
