First of all, I know how to delete the account, it's through "https://www.avg.com/gdpr" but the thing is, whenever I request access to my data it gives me an error saying "no data found" I never paid for avg, I have my account registered for free, I registered for free to even use avg in the first place, now I'm not able to delete my account and you guys aren't helping me I'm being met with the same response "please visit Contact AVG Support - AVG Phone Number, and Chat Support request access to data go to portal then submit for account deletion thank you" what kind of customer care is this? I'm really frustrated rn, IT'S SAYING "DATA NOT FOUND" how hard is it to understand for u guys? that I'm not able to request my data WHEN IT'S GIVING ME AN ERROR, I ALREADY KNOW HOW TO DELETE IT, BUT I'M NOT ABLE TO DELETE IT I regret registering for avg, please read what I'm saying before u start saying "we understand ur concern" and not helping me, I need this issue resolved immediately without any gibberish.
