Then, please check your inbox/spam folders for the email > click "Go to Portal" button > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data deletion.
I had the free version and got bullied into buying a subscription. The tune-up never actually did anything and this resulted in the antivirus scans never fixing the broken registry issues they kept finding (over 100 issues and I can never resolve them? Excuse me?). It's too late to have a refund and, honestly, I don't really care. The application has been taken off my appliances and I'd like to have my account and information deleted but I have to apparently talk to a staff member to have that done so I'm bugging the community in the hopes that someone in staff will decide to cut the loss.
