Yes, there is also a hotmail.co.uk account with the same first part that I would like to delete.

Yes, we were able to locate your Hotmail AVG my account too.
Do you wish to delete both of the accounts?

Unfortunately I did not take down the reference number, I was just going to try again. Would you be able to delete my accounts please? Is there any way to contact privately so I can give you the account details that I want to delete.
