I have the same problem as Alex had, I need my phone soo much, I have huge work to do witch is werry important to rest of my life, with docs on my phone, but your's bad app is stuck me, and I can't do anything, help me! Its emergancy!

Hello! I have a problem. Set yourself on the phone a antivirus AVG and activated anti-theft function.And forgetting about her changed SIM card.Now the phone is locked and requires a password.I go to the site https://www.avgmobilation.com me and my device is not(as I understand it the registration is not passed?Where am I supposed to take the password?HELP!

Alex, As previously stated AVG Android OS mobile support is via email.

I have a simillar problem as alex, i submited a query on friday, i got a reply late friday night with instructions  on what to do. I have followed those instructions without any luck. To date, my phone screen is still locked. 

I really really really need assistance Please i am begging.
