I would like you to stop trying to charge a bill of US$69.99 to my account. Not authorized any type of charge with TuneUp. I do not use it at all. It is annoying that they keep trying to charge for an add-on that was forced on my machine as a free antivirus update. It is not great!

Upon checking your account, we could see that you have an AVG TuneUp - Unlimited valid till Dec 31, 2019.
As per your request, we have cancelled the auto renewal for your subscription of AVG Tuneup unlimited. Therefore, you won't be charged in the future after the expiration of the product.
