Pls help, i have problem on subscription

i tried to renew my subscription for hours but i cannot, got stuck at loading forever. First i tried today around 16.00 i got this persist loading screen. i thought it would be the problem on website so i stop trying and came back again around 23.00 but the problem is still here. the attachment is what i have. pls help
