Poblems to use VPN

Dear support. My subscription for VPN is current. 1st: I am unable to use it as when I open VPN it shows me that I am not connect to the internet, but I am connected 24 hours via cable. 2nd: When I enter my activation code VPN shows sme: Sorry something went wrong.

We're glad to look into this & help you. Initially, we need to activate Secure VPN, in order to access it.
Upon checking your account, we see that you've an active subscription of Secure VPN MultiDevice, valid till Dec 17, 2020.
As we're uncertain about the exact error message that you receive regarding internet, would you be so kind to share us the screenshot of it?

Appreciate your efforts in sharing us the screenshots, Branislav. 
As informed earlier, you need to activate the program initially to launch VPN.
As it isn't recommended to share the activation code over this post, we've sent you an email including the code. Please ensure that you've attempted to activate the program using the same code.
If so, then the program on your computer might be unable to communicate with our licensing server. In this regard, we'd suggest you to try reinstalling the program once to check.
