HP Support has worked on my computer for over 2 hours to help me login and use Pogo games at www.pogo.com.    They determined it is AVG virus protection/firewall that is causing the problem and have advised me that I will need to disable AVG virus protection and the firewall to use Pogo games.

That works but it has been several days now and I am getting tired of having to remember to turn AVG virus protection off and the firewall to play and then even worse to have to remember to turn AVG back on to get the protection back after I am done playing.  I am now coming to the alter of AVG tech support seeking relief from this seemingly AVG problem.    If I don't turn off AVG, when I try to connect to Pogo.com to login no connection is made and I get timed out.
