I spoke to your bot to start a new AVG ultimate and I believe the new one has started a month before the old one has finished however both on my logged in account page and the AVG software on my computer there is nowhere to say When a subscription starts and stops it merely says the date you paid for it it wasn't like that a few years ago and there was a telephone line you could ring then you can't even send them an email it's ridiculous I'll be cancelling the whole thing if this goes on any longer. Could anyone tell me where I can find this information thank you
