Poorly rated browser add on

Hello Irmgard,

We will provide more information regarding this.
When you initiate the scan, the first part will be for "browser add-ons" and it is based on the rating provided by the users for the extensions and add-ons.
If they are poorly rated, then it will be displayed and by clicking on "remove" it should get removed and shouldn't appear again.
Provide the screenshot of scan result that shows browser add-on to assist further.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I get that message every so often when I try to scan the computer.  I click "remove".  I wonder where the poorly rated add on goes (I never see it on Firefox), and why I get the message almost every time again.  It must refer to the same add on as I have not added any new ones in a long time.  So - is it, or is it not, removed
