Hello Olga. I am very sorry to hear that. I request you to check on addon in your browser whether any unknown add on has been added. If so I request you to delete it via the below steps:
1. Go to Start -> Control Panel.
Note: Click Settings first if Control Panel is not available in the Start menu.
2. Open (Programs) -> Programs and Features, or Add or Remove Programs.
3. Select the unwanted program in the list of programs.
4. Click the Change or uninstall button.
6. Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the uninstallation.
7. Restart your computer.

I am getting comstant message from a new window opening in any of the browsers i have. It says:
http://pchelpandsupport.biz/ That I need to contact a technician to remove viruses. I installed an AVG virus and have a trial version for whole protection - It says Iam fully protected. But it still gets a warning that is hard to remove.
