Pop up box won't work on a site

A pop up box to tip presenters on www.rampant.tv used to work, but doesn't now, you can only chat. tried deleting cookies and history, three different browsers and three antivirus and spyware programs. My pc is clean. is there new spyware that can block a pop up? I am already logged in, but it keeps asking me to log in again.
