I have done a screen print but cannot paste it into this screen. Tried but nothing happens. Is there another way?  Can I email or attach a Word file?

A pop up has suddenly appeared apparently from AVG - there is an AVG tab at the bottom of the screen (Windows Vista!) offering a free scan to solve printer,scanner, sound and internet connection problems. There is no X to close it and I do not know if it is genuine so will not run it. Anybody any ideas please? Currently running AVG Internet Security full version.
