Pop-up Loop: Threat secured URL:Phishing

Hello,

again and again the same message pops up: Bedrohung gesichert - wir haben die Verbindung zu (…  ) getrennt (…).

I have never opened this website. My workaround right now is the quiet mode, but it does not solve the problem.

What is the solution to the problem? Could you please help me?!
