Upon startup of my PC (Windows 7) I have a message from AVG.  "We've blocked dllhost.exe from accessing passwords in your Google Chrome browser"  "What would you like to do Block App or Allow App"  I've never seen this before.  I am now on laptop and afraid to do anything on the PC.  What do I do, Should I be worried?

This happened to me too, did anyone ever get the answer?  I blocked it, but then looked on line, so I don't know if it is a needed program or an imitator AVG telling me to block it???  I hate all this tech stuff.  Help
