Pop-Up message saying my licence is running out

I pay a monthly subscription by direct Debit to AVG through my server Mweb (South Africa).  I keep getting an annoying message saying my subscription/licence is running out. The Direct Debit is on going.

Can someone tell me what is going on at AVG?
