Hello Everyone,
Using AVG Free 16.111.7797
Firefox 49.0.1
W 7 Ultimate + SP1
When I open my home page or any other web page or some locations of my choice, I get a pop-up notice.
At the top of the notice are the letters and words –
“avgui.exe Application Error
The main body of the notice reads thus –
“The Instruction at 0x10003110 at 0x10003110. The memory could not be written.”
At the bottom are the words –
“Click on OK to terminate the programme” followed by a box in which to tick or check.
The only “activity” that I have done recently with the computer is to download a Windows Update of KB 3185278, which I was informed I needed to install to be able to safely use an added language. (Spanish)
If anyone has any advice or information on this, may I thank you in advance for your reply.
