I want to be informed/counseled further about a notification which pops up from the processline when my laptop connects to my WIFI-router to go on the internet.
The AVG Secure VPN says that my network is unreliable - what does it indicate ? - and should I do something to make the network reliable, now that it is my only internet WIFI-connection here in my apartment?

Are you sure that AVG Secure VPN is installed and activated on your PC? Could you share a screenshot of AVG Secure VPN dashboard installed on your PC?

Check if the issue persists.
