Received a window from AVG saying, "Hackers know where you are Plano". What do I make of this? What action if any should I take? Is it really from AVG?

Neither Google Chrome nor Firefox will attach an image. What would you have me do? The pop-up window says what I saaid above but it also has a Resolve button on it.
