I am sorry to hear that. Is AVG is blocking the website? Please disable AVG (Open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > Troubleshooting > Passive Mode > Turn off the AVG Passive mode) and check if you are able to access the website.

I used to be able to download free material from a web site I use several times a week but now I cannot. I have run AVG recently and it said several threats were removed. How can I reinstate this web site as approved?
