Hi,

I have a very frustrating pop up in the bottom right corner of my screen that will not move. This is hugely frustrating as I can't see 1/4 of my screen.

It's very poor that you have to come to this kind of advertisement to get our money.

Hello Sara,
Thank you for the information. In this case we suggest you to remove and reinstall the AVG free version. Once you install the latest free version you can see an option to manage the frequency of the pop-up you receive. To change the settings click on Options ->Advanced settings ->Appearance ->Set maximum frequency of in-pp offers from AVG and trusted 3rd parties.
