In this case, we request you to go to Control panel -> Windows Firewall and choose ignore all to the recommended settings so that your AVG will get enabled and the popup won't occur.

Also mention whether you have installed the trial version of AVG PC TuneUp program and the AVG antivirus which is free, trial or paid version?

I keep on getting a popup (windows) that i have no antivirus on. When i click on it and click on avg another popup (avg) just says ''You already updated''.

I'm just confused. Do i have an antivirus on or not? It says that i am protected on avg but i still get the popups?
(i've always used avg this is just something recently)

OK Sylvester, Just for your info with Win 10 Windows Defender was re-classified as an AntiVirus prog which can conflict with AVG if they are both active on the same system.
Windows Defender is an anti-malware component of Microsoft Windows. It was first released as a free antispyware program download for Windows XP, shipped with Windows Vista and Windows 7 and made into a full antivirus program replacing Microsoft Security Essentials as part of Windows 8 and later versions.

The popup rarely popups but i think you know what i mean with this screen. It's on danish but it says that both avg and windows defender are turned off. When i then click on the button on the right (means what antivirus i want to turn on) and pick avg it doesn't change.

I can't really explain it but my pc says that i don't have any antivirus on but avg says i do.
I use the free version of avg btw.

I don't know what you mean with the tuneup program? How does it connect with the antivirus?
