Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns. Is your AVG Ultimate is up to date, have you performed any recent update with your AVG programs?

We request you to open your AVG Zen -> Internet Security-> Menu at the top right -> Settings -> Components -> Firewall -> Customize -> System rules -> make sure that every task is enabled.

Again go to Internet Security-> Menu at the top right -> Settings -> Components -> Firewall -> Customize -> Network Profiles-> change all the profiles from public to Private.

How to forward a port in AVG ZEN? I open the port on my router and work fine, when I turn off AVG.
