Port forwarding does not work after update

after a recent update the forwarding parameters were wiped clean. I did enter them again (and the configuration is correct) but AVG does not forward/open  them. AVG seems not to react to any port forwarding. when I turn AVG off the ports are open and work fine, but when AVG is on, it does block the ports.
