Hello, my name is Steve, and I’m posting here on behalf of one of my clients, Ronald, who is the co-founder of Ampreviews.
He is currently facing a serious issue that appears to be malware-related. His PC settings are changing automatically without his permission, and there are signs that malicious software may have infected his system. In addition, we are concerned that the malware may have also affected his website, as unusual behavior has been noticed there as well.
We would appreciate advice on recommended AVG tools, scans to run, logs to collect, or safe steps we should follow next. If needed, we can provide more technical details about the symptoms we’re observing.
