Please be informed that in the current version, we do not have an option to update AVG without an Internet Connection. I would request you to update AVG with the Internet Connection if possible.
I have a machine with AVG free edition installed on it (version 17.3.3011), this machine does not have a network connection (it has no access to internet).
I've looked online for an offline updater for this and have downloaded the bin update file off the AVG website and copied it onto the machine in question.
Looking at the AVG free software on the machine however it doesn't look as if it can do a virus definition update from a file, I can only see options to update online. Is this true?
If it is not possible to do offline updates to AVG free then I'm going to have to get rid of it and find something else.
